Spinning

On Jon's Friday off he took Addison to Toys 'R Us to spend a gift certificate she got for her birthday. They got a Ariel boom box. It plays music and has a microphone that she can sing along to the songs. Her is some footage of her enjoying her new toy.

The Stats!

On the Second of August we took Addison in for her 3 year appointment. This is the information:

Weight - 32 1/2 lbs
Height - 37 3/8 inches
Blood pressure 101 over 60

Her height and weight were around the 75th percentile
Her BMI was in the 60th percentile

Addison had to have a shot. She cried a little with the thought of having a shot. After it was done she said, "It didn't hurt."

To celebrate Addison being a trooper we went to Cold Stone and had ice cream.

Happy Third Birthday Baby

Today is Addison's 3rd birthday! It is hard to believe three years ago we were in the hospital waiting for her to arrive. Then I was wondering if she would look like Jon or myself. I think she is a nice combination of both of us. What color her hair will be. I am still wondering because Jon and I both had Blonde hair when we were little. Now I am hoping it will stay curly.

Welcome to Three Baby! I can not wait to see what this year will bring!

To celebrate we went to the park and fed the ducks.

How Addison watches Beauty and the Beast

Addison's favorite movies are Princess and the Frog and Cars. This mornining she asked to watch Princess and the Frog. After a little while she came in whith her Cinderella dress. She asked to have me help put it on her and to watch Beauty and the Beast. I told her she could watch Princess and the Frog with her dress on and she told me no this is the dress she watches Beauty and the Beast with.

4 Months Away from 3!

Today Addison is four months away from being three years old. To celebrate I thought I would share some of the things that she says and likes.

*Addison calls her bottom her boma.
*She enjoys going to Disneyland, which we call visiting the mouse.
*When she has to go potty in public she says she wants to go home.
*We are still working on potty training. She has made major improvements. We went to Target last night and she was still dry. She then went to on the potty.
*When Addison does not want to do something she says, "She can't do it."
*She just does not say no she says, "No way man." It is hard not to smile when she does it.
*Addison slept last night without the rails on her bed. It was at her request.
*We are working on her dressing herself. It is mostly her PJ's, but she does want to do it herself.
*She enjoys helping.
