4 Months Away from 3!

Today Addison is four months away from being three years old. To celebrate I thought I would share some of the things that she says and likes.

*Addison calls her bottom her boma.
*She enjoys going to Disneyland, which we call visiting the mouse.
*When she has to go potty in public she says she wants to go home.
*We are still working on potty training. She has made major improvements. We went to Target last night and she was still dry. She then went to on the potty.
*When Addison does not want to do something she says, "She can't do it."
*She just does not say no she says, "No way man." It is hard not to smile when she does it.
*Addison slept last night without the rails on her bed. It was at her request.
*We are working on her dressing herself. It is mostly her PJ's, but she does want to do it herself.
*She enjoys helping.

Disneyland 12/09

We went to Disneyland again. This time Jon went with us. We met Aunt Cindy, Grandma-ma, Uncle Rocky, Aunt Melanie and the boys. We had a blast! These are pictures from the first night we arrived. Jon, Addison and I went out to eat. We then went back to the hotel and Addison opened gifts from everyone. 12/7/09

Fixin' the Chair

Addison was in the computer room and decided that her chair needed to be fixed. She had a pen and turned over her chair. I thought she was writing on her chair and told her she should not write on her chair. She told me that she was fixin' it. 1/20/10

2 1/2 aka 30 months!

It is hard to believe but on the 13th of January Addison turned 2 and a half. Her speech is improving and so are her running and jumping skills. She can now bring both feet off the ground when she jumps. The one foot at a time jump is still the jump that is preferred, but every once and a while she brings both feet off at the same time. Addsion also started preschool at the base. She goes 2 days a week and seems to enjoy it.

The Great Zoo Adventure

Addison and I made plans to go to the Los Angeles Zoo on January 18th with Gaby and Isabella. It was raining. I was thinking that the rain would let up. I was wrong. We had a wonderful time in the rain. I was soaked from head to toe. Addison got wet, but not as bad. She was in the stroller and had the cover over her. 1/18/10

Fixin' the chair

Addison decided she needed to fix her chairs. She used a pen to fix it. She was having a great time. I scared her when she was fixing them, because I thought she was writing on the chair. She then wanted me to scare her again. 1/20/10
